marvelstudioseventsmall9We have some film news for all of you and we are going to start with some Avengers: Infinity Wars news courtesy of Captain America himself Chris Evans. He recently talked with Esquire about Captain America: Civil War and the next chapter of The Avengers as far as shooting schedules are concerned saying, “We start [Captain America: Civil War] in a couple weeks, and then that shoots until August or something like that. August or September. Then I’ve got some downtime and I can do with it as I please. I don’t know if I want to take time off or go pursue another directing job or find a movie to act in or, you know, do whatever I’m creatively inclined to pursue or wait, relax, enjoy my life. And then we start the Infinity War, I think, some time in the third quarter. Fall or winter of 2016. That’s going to be like nine months to shoot both movies back to back.” Captain America: Civil War will see release in 2016 while the two part Avengers: Infinity War wills see one in May 2018 and the other in May 2019.

There is some brand new news regarding TMNT 2 as far as who will play Shredder in the new film. You may remember Brian Tee from Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift when he play DK, but now he will play Shredder in the next film. He is the latest signee as they announced that Tyler Perry will play Baxter Stockman and Stephen Amell will play Casey Jones.

The studio behind Ted 2 have already released one trailer for the film already and it looked hilarious, but now they’ve outdone themselves with a red band trailer. Check it out here.

robert-deniro-1024 (1)Goodfellas may be arguably the best mafia mob movie ever released in history and it has just celebrated it’s 25TH anniversary with a special showing at The Tribeca Film Festival which is Robert De Niro’s own festival. Ray Liotta, Robert De Niro, Lorraine Bracco and Paul Sorvino all attended the event while Martin Scorsese and Joe Pesci didn’t attend because their busy. De Niro commented on why Pesci wasn’t at the event saying, “Joe Pesci couldn’t be here, but he sent this email: ‘F—, f—, f—, f—-ity f—, f—. I’ll translate: ‘Dear Bob, sorry I can’t be there. Love to all. Best, Joe.” It was a great film, but hard to believe that it’s turning 25 years old.
