So, I want to take the time to congratulate Lamb Of God on the news that their latest record VII: Sturm Und Drang charting at number two on the Billboard US Top Current Albums Chart. Not only that, but the band’s new record also charted at number three on The US Billboard Top 200 charts as well showing all of us that Metal is thriving. To top it all off, the album will also debut at number one on both the Rock Album and Hard Rock Album charts and that’s only the big news here in the states. unnamedIn other big Metal News, King Diamond has announced that he will be heading back out on the road in the fall of 2015 with Thrash titans Exodus as his opening act. The other big part of that news is that he is going to be performing the whole 1987 classic Abigail record in it’s entirety on this tour. Exodus singer Steve “Zetro” Souza was asked about the tour and here is what he said, “EXODUS is truly honored, excited and flattered to share the stage with King Diamond, and his amazingly talented band! I remember in ’86, we performed some shows together and they were everything you’d expect a King Diamond and EXODUS show to be! Don’t miss this – it’s going to be epic!” I agree with Steve on that one, this is a tour you will not want to miss if you are a metal fan.
