Fans of metal band Asking Alexandria have a reason to be excited especially if you are a fan of new lead singer Denis Stoff who replaced original singer Danny Worsnop. The band has been teasing fans with new music for a little while now first unleashing the track I Won’t Give In and then Undivided which have both gained a lot of buzz for the band.  Now the band has released a music video for the title track off the new album The Black which comes out March 25TH. Besides the fact that the track is punishing and unrelenting as well as in your face, the music video does the same as primarily a performance based video that is exactly as the words I used to describe the music. The music video does possess some heavy imagery and symbolism in-between as we see the darkness take over a mysterious woman and it also features imagery of dark skies among other things. Guitarist Ben Bruce talks about the time leading up to the album and more saying, “We hadn’t reached our destination yet, and Danny had. I think it was necessary. When it happened, I was devastated. I lost my best friend. We even started referring to this part of our career as ‘The Black period.’ It was the darkest time, but we weren’t going to give up. If he hadn’t left, I don’t think we would’ve been as inspired as we were. I also don’t think Asking Alexandria would still be around. Instead, we’re more excited than ever about this band.” To pre-order the record, go here and check out the video below:
